Our Kinesis Nutrition mission is to prevent and reverse chronic disease and inflammation through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes. We serve this mission through a group of experienced, passionate, and educated coaches with the same goals and values, but diverse enough to work with any person that comes our way.
There is no one-size-fits all approach to healthy eating. Whether you are looking to lose weight, add muscle, eat healthier, or improve performance, our nutrition coaches can help you determine the approach that is right for you. Do you suffer from chronic illness, food allergies, or sensitivities? Let our education and expertise help navigate the nutrition lifestyle specific to your needs. Let our one-on-one nutrition coaching help guide, motivate, and empower you to achieve your goals.
One-on-one nutrition coaching is specific to the individual, their goals, and lifestyle. Coaches offer direct accountability, helpful tips, food recommendations, macro suggestions, and worksheets to help clients manage different situations.
