CrossFit

Constantly varied, functional movements executed at relative high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is completely scalable in all aspects, making it the perfect fitness program for any committed individual regardless of current fitness level or experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are lead by expert coaches, from warm-up to cool-down, and are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.

 

Personal & Small Group Training

A truly individualized, effective, and efficient way to achieve your fitness goals. You and a coach will work 1-on-1 to identify measurable fitness goals for yourself and design a program specifically geared toward improving your deficiencies, optimizing your strengths, and reaching your goals as quickly as possible. Private coaching is recommended if you are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health or physical limitations, or just prefer the individualized attention and accountability inherent in working in a 1-on-1 setting.

 

RTP: Return-To-Play

Our Return-To-Play Program is a group program specifically designed with older athletes in mind. We at Kinesis believe that the needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. The goals of our Return-To-Play class is to improve vitality and prolong functional independence by improving mobility, increasing strength, regaining balance, and restoring proper movement patterns. Classes are 100% coach-led in a fun, community-based environment.

 

Kinesis Kids & Teens

Can you say FUN? These classes are an action packed combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, running and weightlifting, to name a few. Kids build physical and mental strength, gain confidence and work to improve leadership skills. This class is also a great way to stay in shape between organized sport’s seasons or in the summer! Ages 4-9 and 10-14.

High School Strength & Conditioning

This program is designed specifically for high school aged kids to develop strength, conditioning, speed and agility. The emphasis is on moving correctly, with perfect form, before all else. This is for anyone in high school, regardless of athletic ability or background. It is a great complement to any sport, but participation in athletics is not a requirement. Ages 15-19.

 

Coaching Internship

Are you interested in becoming a coach at CrossFit Kinesis? Would you like to spend some time at CrossFit Kinesis to learn from our world-class coaches? We offer an intensive coaching internship program where you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best. We are continually looking for individuals interested in learning our methods and what makes CrossFit Kinesis tick with the intention of joining our staff in the future. Gymnastics Skills

These small group intensive series focus on developing the gymnastics skills that are common in CrossFit programming like muscle-ups, pull-ups, handstand push-ups, handstand walking, toes-to-bar, ring dips, etc. A typical class will include flexibility work, a gymnastics skill based warm up, and skills & drills training. You’ll also receive daily programmed homework and pre-/post-video analysis of your movement.

Barbell Club

The focus of our Barbell Club is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. Both the snatch and the clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and power output. Focus will be on technical efficiency and lifting correctly before adding load to these lifts.

What Is Your Goal?

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. Kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.

Health and Longevity / Look Good, Feel Good

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! Our staff of experienced trainers are ready to help develop a fitness routine that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym. Our programming is designed to help you get the body you want today, but in a safe way that will allow you to continue to maintain a high level of physical fitness 10, 20, 30+ years down the road!

55 & Over Fitness

If you’re older or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with our team. Our intro classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
