Schedule a FREE Personal Fitness Planning Consult to meet with a coach to learn how we can help you reach your wellness goals. You’ll leave with a customized action plan specific to your personal health needs!

Put Your Personal Fitness Plan Into Action

After we’ve addressed your health goals, and developed your Personal Fitness Plan, we’ll help you put that plan into action! Whether you’ve decided to work 1-on-1 with a coach, in a small group setting, or join one of our large group classes for all ages & abilities, you’ll leave feeling confident because your next steps are scheduled and you’re on the right path.

Once your path is set, we welcome you to become a member of our unparalleled community of supportive members working together towards the goal of becoming the healthiest they can be. Don’t worry, we’ll regularly reassess your personal fitness plan with you to make sure it continues to be the best solution for you and your goals!

We know that everyone has different goals and different lifestyle demands, so each of our nutrition clients requires an individualized plan for success. There is no one-size-fits-all approach with us! Complete your Nutrition History questionnaire to give us a better understanding of your goals, nutrition & dieting history, lifestyle habits, and more.

Get Connected With A Coach

During your FREE initial consultation, you’ll get to chat face-to-face with one of our knowledgeable, passionate & experienced coaches. We’ll take the time to review your nutrition history, get to know you, and discuss how we can best help you to your goals. From there, we’ll develop a plan to support your success!

FUNDAMENTALS

Your safety is our first priority and because of this, all new CrossFit Kinesis members must complete 4 fundamental sessions. These 1-on-1 sessions focus on educating new members in the methodologies and proper movement techniques needed to be successful and safely join our regularly scheduled classes.
